With the continuous development of digital measurement techniques , especially the technology of the digital 3D measurement applied to the on-site investigations of criminal cases, the research of the 3Dmodels according to its geometry reconstruction will have important significance . 3D scene reconstruction of the criminal cases measurable system is a cooperation project of Shandong Province Public Security Bureau and the Shandong University robotics research center, which is playing a crucial role in detecting cases and the criminal proceeding. This thesis achieved the 3D reconstruction of the criminal cases scene on the basis of the geometric modeling. The thesis expounded on the subject sources, background, research significance and major research content , then discussed the status of research methods of the current international and domestic criminal cases 3D reconstruction and highlights the linear camera calibration, the image stitching and the fusion, as well as the 3D scene reconstruction and roaming. The major work of this thesis is to calibrate the camera, through comparative the study of the previous calibration algorithms, analysis their advantages and disadvantages, proposed a new methods to improve the calibration algorithms, it can solve the intrinsic and the extrinsic parameters through a linear equations only use the coplanar target, it has a small volume calculation. This not only overcomes the instability and iteration of nonlinear, but also implements the calibration of partial intrinsic-parameters which the other linear methods fails to do.Second because in the actual process of screen, because in the same scene using the same or different sensors (imaging equipment), two or more images in different conditions (weather, illumination, camera positions and angles, etc. ) generally existence of deformation error, therefore, its need to correct the geometric deformation of the images, as a result, the image unit coordinates in...
