With the rapid development of network technologies, the customer of traditional process application modes has been transferred from the enterprise users to personal users. The process in enterprise is relatively more normative, and stable, but when it come to the process in personal application, the situation is absolutely different: the personal customer usually make individual request; The request made by the personal customer is not so standardized, that an automatic mechanism is needed to standardize and analysis it to extract the information from the requirement of customer. The customer need a more friendly interface to make the request for the flow, but the traditional flow application modes can not meet these new demands.To deal this problem, a new process application mode come forth: Smartflow Application Mode. The most prominent feature of the new mode is that, the process is not customized by the expert, but by the customer in according to their requirements; The modeling method of smartflow application mode is a new modeling method, which create process dynamically in according to customer's requirements. This method can cope with the individuality and rapid changes of customer's requirements elegantly. And it is more appropriate for the complex situation in internet.The key research point of this paper is the theory and method of dynamic creation of process, which is one of the pivotal problems in the smartflow application mode. The method for automatic creation of process create virtual process dynamically in according to the customer's requirements, each node of which is only a description of the function and operation properties of the service, instead of being bound to an actual service, so we call it Virtual process. Then a appropriate strategy is adopted to select right internet application for each activity.To formalize the virtual process, we introduce service function unit.
