This thesis sets up the ES( embedded system ) development platform based on ARM, which is for the core of ARM7TDMI series microprocessor—S3C44B0 . Embay the hardware and the Embedded OS(operate system) uClinux, the topic studys the ARM system structure,circuit design, Embedded OS repotting, driver and upper application development in-depth.The thesis finishes designing the concrete hardware according to the functional requirement, attaining the necessity, overall and typical as far as possible.Commence from the basic system ( including CPU and SDRAM, CPU and Flash connections, related registers setting etc ), the thesis summarizes the principles and notice proceedings of firmware designdetailed; With the uClinux for example, the thesis emphasizes on the broad-grade repotting ofEmbedded OS, carried on the remake of Bootloader particularly( Because different paltform has the different hardware environment).
