| This thesis is one of the subjects of < Using GTEM CELL As Substitute Of Wide-area Measuring Place To Carry Out The Radiation Disturbance Measurement>, which is the scientific key issue of Henan Province. The purpose of the thesis is to design an automatic measuring rotation platform, which allows the EUT (equipment under test) to be placed on it. The position of EUT can be altered automatically to a series of places specified by IEC 61000-4-20 through a controlling device of the platform.By analysis and confirmation of the technical requirements of the automatic measuring platform, at last, it is decided that the mechanical material of the platform adopts engineering plastic material, the driving equipments adopt 3 three-phase synchronous geargraduation motors and 1 single-phase motor, the controlling unit adopts MCU, IO extension, LCD and control circuit. The main content of the thesis is about the design of the controlling unit.By careful analysis and research, it is decided to use AT89C51 as the MCU, use 8155H as IO extension, use SMG12864A LCD as the human-machine interface. AT89C51 has the advantages of low price and high performance, 8155H can provide not only extended IO resource, but also extra RAM and timer, which is very suitable for future upgrade of the system, SMG12864A can display 32 Chinese characters with 16x16 pixel module in one screen, which perfectly meets the demands of operational hint.The thesis is about the design of the hardware and software, the hardware design mainly includes the interface design of AT89C51 and 8155H, interface design of 8155H and SMG12864A, the connection of AT89C51 and relays controlling motors and the controlling keyboard design. The software design mainly includes the driver of LCD, controlling software of motors, etc. The all above mentioned designs have all passed the commissioning and can fulfill the expected functions ideally. |
