On J2ee Architecture Of The Tmn Network Element Configuration Study

Telecommunications management network (TMN) is one of the three networks of the telecommunication system which includes the switch network, the signaling network and the TMN. For better connection and better communication, the interfaces of TMN are drawn by ITU-U and are executed by the main telecommunication device manufacturers in the globe world. Java and XML, because of their excellent performance of crossing platform, provide a good technology basis for the implement of the standards.The coming of 3G era needs to use these new standards and technology impersonally, and needs to develop new telecommunication managemnent network system which is better fit for the requirements.ZXW10 OMC, which is developed by ZTE, implements the telecommunication network management of WCDMA, and goes ahead on the way in the aspect of the development of TMN software for 3G interiorly. Fortunately, the author had taken part in the project in the ZTE, Chengdu, for the development of MOs configuration of some network elements under RNC, which provides valuable technology basis and experience for this paper.According to the fundamental of TMN, and based on the technology of J2EE and XML, this paper analyzes and designs the MO of"user plane access configuration (upAc)", which is one of MOs the author developed ,and implements it on both the client and the server. The configuration technology on client is emphasized.The configuration technology of the client mainly includes the support of the foreign languages, the layer relation between the nodes on the navigation tree, the menu of the right button for the node, the GUI file, the upload of the Tab, the error definition and the implement of some relevant classes.The configuration technology of the server mainly includes moclist file, relation file and mocorder file, which functions are about the examination, validation and process for the implicative matters.
