The Call Center is a typical application based on CTI(Computer Telephony Integration) technology, Which collects a voice technology, computer network and database technology in the integrative system. It is connected to the information database by telephone system. The terminal users then can get the information from it via computer speech auto answer devices or manual position whose duty is to play the needed information to the users. With the rapidly development of the ralative technology, the Call Center are widely and deeply applicated in many fields.This paper briefed the call center system domestic and foreign development present situation. For a concrete call center system-- TORI Call Center System, this paper described in detail some sides as follows: building the platform of the call center, designing middlewares, and business flows, and customer management system. On the base, we confirmed the technic scheme and the framework, and described how it works and the interface message models. I expound the call center CRM's frame and the primary module functions and how to realize them.TORI call center system integrate the IP switch to the scheme;The agent business system was programmed by the ASP.NET/C# that is better advanced at the present time.
