Based on researches of binocular stereovision and developments of domestic rehabilitation systems, I present applications of computerized binocular stereovision to rehabilitation system and research on automatic recognition of physical rehabilitation procession.The goal of rehabilitative treatments is to enable an organism injured person to renew the freedom of acting and the capability of working. Mostly, rehabilitative therapy is a dynamic procession, if motions are out of control, then they will be corrected with a series of sensors.The basic principle of binocular vision is to observe the same object from two( or many) points, obtain the 2-dimension images from different visual angles and get the 3-dimensioned information through calculating the offsets(or parallax) of the pixels in this graph using triangulation theory. It is consisted of two CCD cameras in performance and structure, and applied in industrial non-contact detection field. Also it has many advantages such as simple structure, convenient operation, precise measurement and high speed. Two CCD cameras get images from difference shooting angles, compare the same point of the same object from two images, and then get the 3-dimentioned coordinates using these coordinates of viewpoints and the relationship of left and right camera's position.As one of base vision technology theories, stereo matching can bring up with depth information which monocular vision does not can get and construct basic models for multi vision as well. So, stereo matching is an important subject of computerized vision. This paper presents a matching measure algorithm that integrate feature points manually, feature points matching based on gray relationship and lateral matching. The main point of this algorithm is to count out three-dimensional pixels of dimensional points according to parameters gained by matching.The doctor can reconstruct 3-dimentioned image based on the ill section to recognize clearly about this section and the adjacent area. Then, we will have arecover plan. Doctor can simulate the 3-dimentioned images to operate on. During the procession of therapy, doctor can observe the position of machine and the nearby organization to ensure the security of recovery. So camera and multimedia system has its unique advantage, also friendly user interface and convenient data processing give much convenience in application of clinic.The results of this experiment show that the base of the theory is correct and practicable, which satisfy the demands of some spot scale detections and location detections and provide the nicer base of connecting binocular stereo vision recognition system and recovery system.
