According to the demand of the national defense project and taking the navigation system of the low cost guided missile project as the researched object, the low cost SINS/GPS integrated navigation system is researched. Information from navigation sensors is conveyed to navigational calculator and syncretized by Kalman filter, the optimal navigational information can be gained.In this paper, firstly, the key technology about attitude matrix algorithm is discussed, then the error model of low cost SINS is researched, the Global Positioning System is also studied. In this base, it deduces the model equations of the integrated navigation system and adopt the position, velocity integrated model. Finally, the system is tested by car experiment; the results of the text indicate that the accuracy of the navigation of the system, it also shows the high precision of the integrated navigation system.
