| The dispatching operation instructions system is an important measure to guarantee the electric power system running safely and stably. Currently, the operation and administration of the dispatching are more and more logical and intelligent, while not depending on experience gradually. With the number of the dispatcher decreasing and the automation level of the operation increasing continuously, it is a function to make the dispatching operation instructions automatically which is always concerned about and needed by the field operators. This essay studies and explores the intelligent dispatching operation manage system based on the core idea, ES.The main work is as following:1. analyzing the demand of the intelligent dispatching operation instruction system, based on which he gross structure of the system is designed;2. to satisfy the request of versatility and maintainability, presenting the ES idea, i.e. the knowledge base is separated from the inferring engine. The knowledge base is realized by the outside relation data base, which can solve the problem of data consistency and redundancy in the ES.3. describing the network knowledge and operational rule knowledge based on OOM and production methods, and also describing the operation nomenclature knowledge based on the frame methods, based on which the network topology base, the operational rule base and the operation nomenclature base are built.4. designing the " operation tasks + operation mode + inferring calculation + rule matching " inferring mechanism and control strategy, which makes the inferring engine can analyze the topology and check the safety.5. realizing the above ideas in the network of FuNing district. |
