Web Clustering In Government Portal Design And Realization

This paper makes a thorough research to the construction of the government gateway website of the economic development zone in Dongying city,proposes the idea of realizing all the user requirements by using the data mining technology based on Web session clustering and the J2EE technology,and realize it.The system can run in different platform .The website has four editions: the Chinese one,the English one,the Japanese one and the Korean article four .The Chinese website is made to be a domestic first-class electronic government affairs website,and the other language editions are made to be static propaganda websites , whose content can be updated by the user at any moment. The website has the Content Manages Platform (CMS),which has functions of the authority-limit management,the content management,the personnel organizing management,the information management and so on. The user can update the content of each part in the Chinese website through this platform conveniently,including changing the frame structure of the Chinese website. The user can also use this management platform to update the propaganda content and the web page of the English,Japanese and the Korean article website conveniently.The contributions of this dissertation are as follows:(1)This paper makes a discussion on session clustering for Web data sources and data mining technologies,and proposes an idea that collect and mine user session sets which have similar access interests using the technology of Web session clustering .Therefore it can exactly predict users' browse behaviors, understand and effect purchase pattern and implement individuation access services.(2)This paper,based on the analysis of the characteristic of the J2EE multilayer service construction platform as well as the XML technical standard,combines the J2EE and XML technology, plans,designs and realizes the government gateway website of the economic development zone in Dongying city.
