Jinan Iron And Steel Gas Measurement Data Mining System

Data Mining has become one of the most popular researches in IT industry in recent years.Data mining is the process digging hidden not known early but holding protential value knowledge and information from a great deal of data integrity, noise, fuzzy and random data.At present, the applications for data mining is mainly concentrated on data warehouse ,artifial intelligence.The abundance of data source in the process of the coal gas measurement gives a huge application for data mining. Using certain algorithm large amount of coal gas measurement data is processed and analyzed ,and some valuable information will be presented,which will give support for decision-making facing coal gas measurement operation.This paper combining the data mining theories and coal gas measurement operations,introduces the basic thories involed Knowledge Data Digging and Data Mining, how to design the project of the coal gas measurement data mining system and how to choose algorithmic rule for the system.In addition,this paper introduces the applications for gas measurement data mining.The paper mainly involves as follows:(1) Studies the background of Knowledge Discovery in DataBase and Date Mining theories coming into being,technologies involved, algorithmic rules and developpment in the future.(2) Introduces Data warehouse,discussing how to set up the Date Mart facing coal gas measurement operation on a base of DataWarehouse,involving data sourcesdeciding ,set up DM models , choose exhibit methods.(3) Discussing thealgorithms applied in the process of data mining,such as statistical , association rules , regression,cluster,and gives the examples.(4) Introduces designing project of the system,functions of the main modules ,flow chartin detail,provides some mining results.
