At present, the rapidly developed technology of wireless mobile telecommunication and Internet have already become two remarkable field which people fix eyes on. The major purpose of this paper is to design a wide-band network based on technology of 802.20, Mobile IP as well as Cellular IP. This network can provide high-quality service for the terminal communication equipment of high-rapid mobile.Firstly, this paper analyzes the communication environment of mobile wireless channel, then emphatically elaborates the principle, realization measure and synchronization technology of the Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing. Besides, it expounds the feature of 802.20 technology. 802.20 system which aimed at optimization of the data transferring and group exchanging, .It is the most important difference of the 802.20 system that the technology offers the complete mobile and global coverage. Therefore users can visit any application with wide-band speed. Finally, this paper analyzes the current situation of highway communication net. The OFDM' s feature to overcome the Multi-path fading, high utilization radio of spectrum, and strong ability of access of wireless network, the method of mobile IP realized ramble and the method of cellular IP realized switch among districts. Based on these advantages, this thesis puts forward the design and implement measure, meanwhile it applies the plans to highway communication system.
