The Call Center is a typical application based on CTI(Computer Telephony Integration) technology, Which collects a voice technology, computer network and database technology in the integrative system. It is connected to the information database by telephone system. The terminal users then can get the information from it via computer speech auto answer devices or manual position whose duty is to play the needed information to the users. With the rapidly development of the ralative technology, especially telecommunication and computer technology, and with the comform of these technology, the Call Center are widely and deeply applicated in many fields.The success application of Call Center in telecom area can greatly improve the working efficiency and service quality of the telecom company, and can provide individuation service for the customs. It can increase the benefit and boost up the competence of company, then promote the development of telecom region. In this thesis the solution of Call Center based on the programmable switch has been chosen to CTI application at the Telecom System, a Call Connection Center with strong practicability has been designed(Unilink). The hardware choice of switch and the design and the realization of the application system of Unilink had been emphasized in the thesis.During the process of system design, Microsoft VC++6.0 and BORLAND DELPHI6, which has friendly user interface, kind operation, and be used extensively at present, had been adopted. Which VC++6.0 used for nuclear software of system and DELPHI6 used for user interface.
