Wide-band digital receiver plays a very important role in the new generation of the reconnaissance system for radar signals. Its advantage lies in its capability of receiving, dealing with different signals and using different signals processing methods by changing the software on the programmable devices. This makes wide-band digital receiver become a certain trend in the detecting and intercepting of radar signals field.In this dissertation, the parameter estimation algorithms for the monopulse signal, the linear frequency modulation signal and the phase coded signal are studied. According to the algorithms, a hardware platform is set up and tested using TMS320C6713B mainly.1. The algorithms for identifying the type of modulation and estimating the radar signal parameters are studied. Computer simulation is made to testify the feasibility of the methods.2. The development of DSP technology and the structures of DSP processor, especially the processor TMS320C6713B are analyzed. The signal processing board is designed and performed using TMS320C6713B chips mainly3. The hardware board is tested and the corresponding software is also programmed.4. To demonstrate the feasibility of the parameter estimation,and practicability of harware system, a hardware and software combine-test system is designed and testified.
