On the basis of the module's design and analyse about CRM data mining to classify the customer in the domain of the telecom, this thesis makes further discussion and analysis of the whole CRM. It analyzes the key techniques in CRM and data mining ,developing the frame of the system based on the arithmetic of the clustering to satisfy the customer's business in the telecom, and gives the solution to make a module about customer classify. The key technologies of the definition of the module, the selection of the arithmetic about the data mining,the process of the module making and result are introduced all. as can be seen from actual test and application, The result satisfies all the performance.Further more,the thesis is based on the customer's accounts of the MianYang filiale ,China Unicom which is idle long time but it includes many information that is worth,just as the time,the frequency to talk of the customer.From this thesis we further understand the action of the customer and we do our plan surely,provide service abundant and then it benefits our company better.
