This paper is advance research of ion collecting DC power supply in isotope separating fields which used laser method. In the fields of ion separating and collecting, 50Hz AC power supply is still used mainly, which is voluminous and low-efficient. To solve this problem, associated with load specialty of ion collecting power supply and the difficulty of high-voltage high-frequency power supply, a new high-frequency high-efficient DC power supply is proposed in this paper.The ion collecting DC power supply proposed in this paper comprises two main parts: former soft-switching PFC circuit and latter soft-switching power transforming circuit.A ZVT PFC circuit using UC3855AN control chip is proposed as the main circuit of former part. The operating principle of the circuit is illustrated in detail, and an integrated design project is put forward. Based on the forgoing analysis, a 500W power supply is finished.During the course of project selecting in power transforming circuit, based on the reference literature [9], a novel topology of Zero-Voltage-Switching half bridge DC/DC converter is proposed. The operating principle and key features of the proposed ZVS half bridge topology are illustrated and the results of simulations using pspice and a 40W experimental power supply are presented to verify the theoretical feasibility and correctness of the novel topology.Based on the contrast of three typical resonant converter topologies, this paper proposes using series-parallel resonant converter with capacitive output filter as the main circuit topology of latter part. The design rules of the circuit are analyzed, and a 200W 1KV power supply is finished to verify the feasibility and suprioty of the theoretical analysis.
