A large-scale space antenna deployable truss is important part of secondary planet system which is a typical flexible multibody system. Because it is a fastener of secondary antenna emitter and secondary antenna main body, in addition is fixed part and brace of secondary antenna reverberator, its structure parameter affect the whole antenna system's dynamical characteristic greatly, farther affect the other dynamical design index and to adjust secondary planet's pose . Whether antenna deployable truss can unfurl to the appointed place in time and by rule and line affect the success of the whole antenna launching task directly. It is necessary to optimize antenna deployable truss's structure arid dimension for making the whole antenna system work effectively.The thesis enumerates several antenna deployable truss's structure type at home and abroad, introduce characteristic and performance of every structure type, contrast every structure type to satisfy the design request, select antenna deployable truss's structure type which accord the design request;The thesis topology optimize a unit thickness rectangle board by adopting solid isotropic microstructures with penalization (SIMP), and utilizing optimality criteria methods basing on structure's strain power, acquire optimal structure's parameter.The thesis substitute the optimization result for rigid frame, and optimize structure dimension which optimization objective is structure weight, which stress and natural frequency are restriction condition, which searching method is optimality criteria basing on K-T condition.The thesis advances a new optimality design method which can consider stress and proper frequency restriction condition synthetically, through basing on stress optimality criteria methods, owing to optimality criteria don't relate to multi-constraint and apply incomprehensively.The thesis achieves optimization result according with design request, through structure type selection, structure conformation optimization and structure dimension optimization. The thesis validates feasibility of antenna deployable truss dimension optimality result in view of genetic algorithm's numerical value stability, robustness and searching optimal solution comprehensively. The validating result indicates that synthesis optimality design method is feasible and that the result is logical. It is referenced value that the optimality method and optimality result in the thesis for advance study of certain deploying antenna's deployable truss.
