By working out reliable and reasonable plan, they can employe enterprise resources effectively and improve their completition consequently. For this kind of enterprise, the production scheme based on BOM structure is its core. On the contrary, flow manufacture enterprise is mainly for dealing with sequential or interval materiel process with batch manufacture style, simple product catalogue and steady process. In this kind of enterprise, equipments are very expensive and automatization is widely used. Keeping equipment running long period is very important. They pay more attention to process control and task schedule. Their completition can be improved by increasing product quality or decreasing produce cost. Manufacture execute system is its kernel.Control and Management Integration System is very complex and developing a suit of this kind of system is very difficult. It will be very significance if we have built an effective general software architecture . With it, we can develop applications in Business Process System (BPS) and Manufacture Execute System (MES) with consistent pattern. In this paper, the author designed and implemented a new kind of application framework based on the technology of OPC and SOA, with which many problems in this field can be easily dealed.In the first chapter, the paper introduced the specialty of flow manufacture enterprises, analysed the notable difference between flow manufacture enterprises and scatter manufacture enterprises, and introduced the development about Control and Management Integration System in the same time.In the second chapter, the paper introduced the advantage of three tier structure model which is make up by BPS,MES and Process Control System. The paper also described the components of every tier.In the third chapter, Firstly, the author introduced OPC technology which was servered as the key communnication mechamism between PCS and MES. The appliance of OPC in the .net environment was also introduced. And then, The principle and detailed design of every tier are given. In the layer of manufacuture, we can employ OPC technology to retrieve production data easily. At the same time,packed by SOA, production dada can be published as a kind of service. In the layer of management, components' interface in management system can be published as service too. Therefor, the difference between manufactacture system and management system can be shielded with the accordant service interface. As a result, we can set up the control and management integration system more easily and quickly .In the end, the author introduced a production dispatch and alert system used in Yankuang Lunan Chemical plant, which served as a successful example using the new software architecture. |
