The production flow and technical outfit of materials in the hard alloy enterprise is comparatively complicated. And the craft flow is miscellaneous. Therefore, the procedure of implementing the informationalizing production is definitely difficult. Contraposing the production and material outfit flow of hard alloy and integrating the producing character of hard alloy enterprises, the thesis puts forward a management system model in the hard alloy enterprises on base of component technique. One unitive and composive information management system is constructed by adopting the component technique. It proceeds a useful probe and attempt into the application of component technique to enterprise informationalization.The thesis introduces the movement and level of the informationalizing constructions in both domestic and international hard alloy enterprises.It also analizes the theory and application of component technique. The main subjects such as the exploition methods of component technique, component model and the three-ply data frame are further discussed. It raises corresponding solvent scheme according to the requirement and analysis of hard alloy character such as the enterprise's producing flow, technical outfit of materials, the flowage of raw materials, Moreover, it makes research and analysis on some peculiar problems existing under the construction of informationalization in the hard alloy enterprises.Taking production plan and production craft flow as an example, the thesis analyses the production planning flow to lodge and carry out a production planning component based on a model of flexible storage data. It also brings forward even implements a component model in working procedure of material outfit and technical material flow by analyzing therelationship between material outfit in the producing technical flow and material flow data in the working procedure.In allusion to the demand of multi-user, the thesis lodges a type of management based on the role of multi-user dynamic purview. It states a a theory of the dynamic purview control and menu management. Controlling the component by a third class purview like subsystem level, form level and button level is realized. Also the thesis expounds in detail for the hard alloy system model like the general structure, three-ply data design and component design of different application level and its realization.
