Dispensing technology is one of the key technologies used widely in electronic encapsulation field, the development of dispensing technology will decrease the total cost of integrated circuit greatly. According to the dispensing process, we designed and studied for dispensing system, and developed a set of contact dispensing experiment installation.Considering the functional requirement of three-dimensional dispensing device, we marked out the action of dispensing, and designed the movement of XY platform and Z axle. This article made a deep discussion on the movement curve of the crucial parts-Z axle, It selected S shape curve as Z axle's movement curve, and increased the steadiness of the Z axle's movement repeating. At last, we made a deep research on the S shape curve, and solved the core problem of the motion control of the dispensing device.According to the characteristic of the dispensing experiment device, we concluded that the digital control system is composed of PC and multi-axis controller. By adopting the control scheme that is motion controller with position closed loop function + speed pattern actuator, we reached a higher control precision. After making sure the control pattern of the system and motor, we made an examination on the system and motor successfully!According to the movement of dispensing device, by using VC++6.0tools, object oriented method, modularization thinking, multi-thread process and database technology, we developed the software control system of dispensing device. This system has the below functions such as code editor, parameter setting, handle adjust, automatic dispensing, fault diagnostician and solving, test data automatic preservation etc. The system solved the compatible problems with some other software as CAD/CAM, and it realized the facilitating control under user-friendly interface. It satisfied the motion request of the key parts-Z axle, and made sure of the realization of the dispensing system's function.This article made a description on the system implementation with some pictures. At last it summarized the whole works of the project, gave some suggestions for the following research and made a goal for the work in future.
