With the development of the enterprise information technology, more and more information system has been developed and implemented. However, because such causes as the functional department of the enterprise is cut apart and the development of technology is out of step, these information systems have a protective screen against effective circulation of information, therefore the so called question of "information island" takes place. So how to overcome the screen among the heterogeneous information systems and reach to the information integration has become the key problem.Through consulting a large amount of documents, this paper sums up the present integration solutions from the two different dimensions: enterprise and technology,especially carry on deep discussion research on the "grammar"integration solutions at present and refer to the deficiency of the "semantic"integration.On this foundation, the paper put forward a kind of hierarchical structure solution that can solve the "semantic" heterogeneous datasource effectively. This solution can realize through XML and ontology to construct data "grammar fidelity" and "semantic fidelity" respectively.The paper carries on the deep research on the integration of the ontology and the XML Schemata. To the acquisition of the concept schema and background knowledge. The construction of ontology and the integration method of ontology,etc.have been carried on exhaustively. Furthermore how to mark and add semantic information to XML file through the ontology has been put forward.During the integration to XML Schemata, an effective standard concept represent models has been introduced. At the same time , the integrated algorithm on this conceptual model. Thesis finally gives a west coppers company example to prove theory.
