Based on studying and organizing the relative information, this paper includes the following three topics, detecting the moving objects, tracking the moving objects, the establishment of real-time moving objects detecting and tracking system.On the research of the motion detection, firstly three main algorithms of motion detection under a static background and its analyzed advantages and drawbacks of these algorithms are researched. Background estimation based on block is proposed to solve the problem of building background model and updating background which can enhance the robust of moving object detection. Secondly, three main algorithms of motion detection under a dynamic background are researched. The project of moving object detection based on matching feature point are proposed.On the research of object track, firstly three main algorithms of motion track are researched. Secondly, several main object features and matching algorithms are researched. The Mean-Shift Algorithm (MSA) and the Mean-Shift Algorithm based on object feature of color histogram (Camshift Algorithm) is researched and an improved algorithm based on MSA is proposed. According to the practice, the project of moving object detecting and tracking is proposed.On the research of the establishment of real-time moving objects detecting and tracking system, hardware, software , moving estimation , camera control and constitute of the system are represented. This system can process and analysis in real-time object detection and track. |
