Fast Hierarchical Mobile Ipv6-based Service Quality Assurance Program

The Mobile IPv6 specifies a protocol which allows nodes to remain reachable while moving around in the IPv6 Internet. Each mobile node is always identified by its home address, regardless of its current point of attachment to the Internet. This makes the so-called movement work very convenience. However, there is a period during which the Mobile Node is unable to send or receive packets because of link switching delay and IP protocol operations.This is known as the "handover lantancy".To solve the handover lantancy problem is becoming important in Mobile IPv6 application. This paper describes a resolution of F-HMIPv6 to improve handover latency due to Mobile IPv6 procedures. And the resolution is a contribution to the Mobile IPv6 application as it works well.These days,the real time service of new applications, including teleconferencing, remote seminars, and distributed simulation, become more and more popular. This is another challenge to the Mobile IPv6 application. So it is necessary to integrate the QoS into it. This document specifies a resoluction of QoS based upon the F-HMIPv6, to meet the growing need for real-time service under Mobile IPv6 environment.
