So we need a method to integrate and effectively manage these application systems and website contents in order to resolve above problems, this article will discuss the solution of this problems0 We will go deep research into the fact of the Web environment of the university, Basing on a frame of HyperContent, We construct a Content Manager System (CMS) which adapts to management and construction of campus websites. And regard as a channel to integrate into Campus' uPortal with Human Resource and Educational Administration ect. Then we apply this system to all Sub-website of South China University of Technology in order to store, issue and manage. And use XML group to define the content for the vastly desultory information stayed in Sub-website of SCUT to layout.
