This thesis deals with the research of Software Radio technique. Then it expatiates on the pivotal modules' design and implement of the Software Radio sending/receiving system. Basing on investigate of Software Radio technique, this thesis deeply researches the high performance channel coding: Turbo codes.Firstly introduces the structure of Turbo coding and decoding, and discusses three kind of decoding algorithm: the MAP algorithm, the LOG-MAP algorithm, the MAX-LOG-MAP algorithm. Secondly introduces the design of interleaver which closely associating with the Turbo codes performance. Then using MATLAB implements the simulation of the Turbo codes. The design of each simulation module is explained and the result of simulation is analyzed.
