Multi-Agent System(MAS) is forehead of distributed Artificial Intelligence in which the core content for research is to construct a kind of effective cooperation mechanism which enables function dependent agent to achieve a complex controlling task or solve a complex problem.This dissertation chooses cooperation in MAS as target task Based on the testbed of RoboCup Simulation League. After studying the existing cooperation strategies in MAS, this paper put forward the cooperation strategies based on the affiliated degree model and on the cooperation desire matrix(CDM) respectively from defend and attack aspects. This paper proposes the concept of affiliated degree to describe the degree of close relation between agents. The cooperation strategy based on the affiliated degree model requires agent to assist another agent who has the high affiliated degree with him while he is taking on his own task, in this way we realize the importance of unity of distribution and cooperation, which also perfectly solves the problem of defence line being easily broken through when man-to-man defence or area-based marking defence fails.Aiming to the fact that collaboration through communication is uncertainty in the simulation game, an innovative cooperation desire matrix is brought forward in this paper to indicate symbiosis of multiple agents, by use of which, the agent having ball will choose the appropriate receiver while the agent without ball judges how to cooperate effectively with the former. By the adoption of cooperation strategy based on CDM, the privities amongst the agents can be realized successfully, and requirements of the real-time and flexibility can be meet excellently. The cooperation strategy based on CDM provided an explicit cooperation which does not depend on communication in Multi-Agent System.The two cooperation strategy proposes in this article has been successfully adopted in CSU_Yunlu Simulation Team, the result of actual antagonism testing shows that the cooperation strategy is feasible and effective.
