Fly Ash Treatment Resources Expert Systems Research And Development

Our country is the largest country producing and consuming coal in the world. With the aggravation of the imbalance between supplying and needing of international energy and with more and more demanding to the environment recently, the world has already paid attention to the fly ash, which was considered as solid offal for a long time. Thus, it can contribute to realizing the energy economizes, reducing the pollution to the environment and making the full use of fly ash, such as carrying on research to the recycle treatment characteristic of fly ash, developing the recycle treatment expert system of fly ash and looking on the fly ash which was regarded as the offal originally as resources that can be recycled.The paper introduces the design scheme how to develop the expert system of recycle treatment of fly ash with computer programming. First, the basic principle of expert system and method of develop are introduced. The expression of knowledge and reasoning mechanism are discussed in detail. Second, aiming at the recycle treatment of fly ash, the paper designs the knowledge expressed of experts and reasoning machine. Because of the variability and complication of domain knowledge of recycle treatment of fly ash, existed front- reasoning and back-reasoning cannot adapt to the system effectively. So the object orient technology has been designed and adopted in experts' knowledge expressing. And the fuzzy reasoning are introduced, the reasoning algorithms are discussed in detail. Finally, the system is realized by software engineering thought general design, detail design and programming. Some algorithms of reasoning and methods of knowledge expressed have been confirmed.The system can show the domain knowledge obtained from recycle treatment expert of fly ash and put it in order using the object orient technology. Expert's knowledge base has been structured effectively in the expert system of recycle treatment of fly ash. The system runs well. By reasoning analysis, the system can offer some decisions such as the scheme of the products, technical indicator of the products, productiontechnological process, budgetary estimate of investment and benefit, and so on to users, owing to the characteristic data of the original dust offered by users. It has the certain promotion application value.
