Following Chaos theory, it is urgent of web security that Hyper-Chaos theory is applied to multi-medium web secure communication. It is an advanced research and an important point in the world. It provides a new thinking way for web security and creates a new field. This paper mainly researches hyper-chaos secure communication on the audio and the synclironization of audio and video in multi-medium web secure communication. The multi-medium web secure communication system based on hyper-chaos encryption is formed. The system is composed of audio hyper-chaos encryption sub-system, audio processing sub-system, web communication sub-system and video hype-chaos secure telephone sub-system. This system has many advantages. Its algorithm of hyper-chaos audio encryption has a high speed, the key capacity is large, the secure capability is good and the effect on synchronization of audio and video is well. Thus (?) resolves web delay, packet lose and bit-error.This paper discusses mainly the following points:1, Present a new hyper-chaos encryption algorithm—a block encryption algorithm based ongeneralized Henon maps, then analyze the detailed security of the algorithm. Its effect of the encryption is well.2, Process and analyze speech signal by simulation. Give a method on audio record and compression adapting multi-medium web secure communication, then implement by programming. Take short-time analysis for speech signal, and simulate some wave form in time and Spectrographic .3 , Process speech signal by fractals. According to the fractal characters of speech signal, applyfractal theory to speech signal fragmentation, synthesis, end-point detection and enhancer,then implement by Matlab simulation. It achieves good results. 4, Advance the factors and technology affecting real time audio communication. In the light ofthe audio communication quotes, give the solving methods. And the experiment result iswell. 5 , Provide a new method on the synchronization of audio and video. It is a timestamp reorderalgorithm based on IP web multi-medium communication. At last, present a new way toovercome hyper-chaos non-synchronization.
