With the promotion of enterprise's informationization and constant improvement of the application level, the data accumulated in enterprises are huger and huger in scale. How effective one found valuable information from a large amount of historical data, thus helped to make the correct decision in time to the change in the future in enterprises, occupied voluntarily in the fierce market competition finally , has already become the problem which enterprises want to solve more and more urgently at present. The Data Miner System is intellectual software system of knowledge to excavate from a large number of enterprise data to use for.Jinan city environment monitoring has carried on urban air quality monitoring since 1999 to stand, having accumulated a large amount of historical data of monitoring. The historical data and predict to the quality analysis of whole urban surrounding air has very important meanings. With the setting-up of real-time monitoring system and real-time online monitoring system of pollution sources of air quality, the growth of the data is faster. The traditional data processing method and means based on database model can't already satisfy the control over magnanimity data and use, the people need new technical support badly, to realize the analysis on existing data and use.This paper has discussed the design and relevant technology of surrounding air quality data mining system AQDMS (Air Quality Data Miner System ), this system can meet the request for urban surrounding air quality analysis on the basis of magnanimity data tentatively, can be regarded as the decision supplementary means of administrative department of environmental protection.This paper provides AQDMS's concrete planning and design method and course. The system is on the basis of Air Quality Monitoring information System, which collected a large amount of datum in database that statistics and other auxiliary data belong to. The system has set up the quality analysis data warehouse of air qualitydata in step of washing, transforming etc., facing different theme and realize analysing and processing according to the needs of reality of decision management, thus it offers analytic type information service for administrative staff and certain decision support, this subject is to face a kind of exploratory subject for research used.This paper has described and discussed two kinds of data mining algorithms The exponentially smoothed technology and B-P neural network technology. Then use them to analyse and predict variation tendency of surrounding air quality in this system.Jobs that this paper does: Set up one Data Mining System and describe the systematic key step to the found of the system. Describe the prediction model of how to use the exponentially smoothed technology to predict future air quality. Have described how to use the prediction model of B-P neural network onair quality in the future of technological prediction.
