Research And Design Of Embedded Appliance Information Network Platform

This paper addressed the designing idea of IA network embedded platform based on intelligent electronic network framework and the technical combine of ARM processor and embedded uClinux OS, through analyzing the evolutional tendency of the intelligent electronic household appliances and family network, the appropriate design of software and hardware and comprehensive design of protocol. The IA network platform is a complicated system that includes three layers system structure, hey are application layer, intermediate layer and equipment layer.The intermediate layer will be compatible to the different equipments of the bottom layer and permit each kind of application from heading up the top layer. And the designing and implementation of this platform are mainly discussed from three aspects of equipment layer, intermediate layer and application layer. The development trend of the information appliances needs the realization of an efficiency, friendly and open platform. The IA network platform has two ways of control: remote control and one-point control at home. It can also control all kinds of home appliance from different manufacture factories. This is a embeddedtotal solution of IA network .This paper mainly discussed the logical realization of IA network platform by showing a solution through "the Application layer" and "the intermediate layer" of different home appliances and operations. In order to realize this, this paper introduced several issues including device management, device operation for IA network platform structure. Lastly the paper added application program implement mechanism and implement code which implement a IA network platform model.
