Movement control technique is one of the vital techniques in propelling new technique revolution and new production revolution. The two main reasons for its rapid development are: the development of computer, high-speed digital processor, automatic control and Internet skills; the great marker demand. General movement controller, which is based on the open and embedded structure of Internet, is gradually becoming one of the main products in automatic control field. High-speed, high-accuracy and good reliability are the aims which movement control technique goes for.The article uses the great computus ability and control ability of AT91FR40162, and combines them with some of the merits of intellectual calculation, and thus realizes high-speed and real-time on-line interpolation, error compensation and complicated calculation in kinematics, makes movement control more accurate, faster and steadier. It also makes full use of superiority of Internet, reduces the number of system lines by Internet connection, raises the practical use of systems and reliability of information exchange.The article consists of three parts, which are the design of embedded control system, the design of intellectual movement controller and the net interface. The main function of embedded control system is that the intellectual movement controller provides a good platform for control and operation, it uses hardwares to realize intellectual control calculation, and at the same time realize the proper arrangements of tasks, and real-time control. The design of intellectual movement controller is the study of the intellectual movement controller and its control calculation. It attempts to design a practical useful self-adjusting on-line interpolation fuzzy controller, which has the good stability, better self-adaptability, high reliability, the quality of high-speed, high following accuracy and as the carrier of the embedded control system study and designing. The design of the net interface realizes the Internet fuction .The article has reached the goal of high-speed and high accuracy in movement control technique, and fulfilled the design & realization of a movement controller based on the 32 bits.
