Based On The Control Of The Pc-based And Fieldbus Technology Dcs

Total Distributed Control System (DCS) and FieldBus Control System (FCS) are the major system of the process controlled field of industry today. FieldBus Control System, as a kind of advanced control system, is an important developing direction of the controlled field now; to scattered control system dominant position at the market propose the serious challenge in our country at present development at full speed of it. As a kind of technology being ripe, already used widely products, DCS must constant innovates and transformed, and only by this way, it is can just keep one's own vitality.Today, in the abord using DCS ubiquity have limitations about low opening,high cost and drop behind of the model of the transfer of information.It is a succinct and valid way to transform to DCS to integrate the FieldBus in Total Distributed Control System. This project combines the new characteristic of the present technological situation, has designed and realized a kind of DCS based on PC-Based Control control idea and FieldBus technology. Especially designed and realized the redundancy of the system, compared and choused the software of configuration for system, the driver of I/O communication design, and remote control servier for DCS ,etc.
