This paper chiefly emphasizes the simulation research of infrared image's super-resolution reconstruction. The paper introduces the sorts, composing parts, working principle of infrared imaging system and the main factors that effect infrared image's dimensional resolution. Based on the typical infrared focal plane arrays imaging system's mathematical model, many kinds of common super-resolution reconstruction algorithms are studied. Based on the micro-scanning technology, multi-frame super-resolution reconstruction algorithms utilize airspace and time domain's additional information in image sequence, their reconstruction effect is better than traditional single-frame algorithms. We discusses the probability of reconstructing super-resolution image from amplitude and phasic angles by adopting micro-scanning technology and analyses the resolution's utmost of infrared focal plane arrays imaging system.Depending on the discussing of many kinds of super-resolution reconstruction algorithms, we implemented simulation example of micro-displacement, inversion analysis and POCS reconstruction algorithms based on 1×1 and 2×2 micro-scanning working modes by using MATLAB. The experimental results resolve illegibility effect resulting from lacking of sampling availably. The paper brings forwards micro-displacement reconstruction algorithm with four amending coefficients that improves image quality effectively and inversion analysis basing on blocks-separating reconstruction that reduces calculation requirement.
