The loose coupling and interoperability inherent in SOA make it a natural choice for many enterprise applications. Now, Web service is a most excellence technology, and J2EE as a technology building enterprise system, supports Web service absolutely, so the Web services features available in J2EE 1.4 make it easy to build SOA systems that provide access to the legacy business systems that you already have.This paper introduces features of SOA, and analyzes Web Service and Web Service for J2EE firstly.And then, according to the problems and business requirements in building the architecture of enterprise system recently, analyzes the differences between Bean-Oriented and Service-Oriented; analyzes and designs the enterprise system framework of J2EE-based SOA/WebService by analyzing the features and the implementing technology of SOA, and describes the key beans.According to the above analysis, the paper designs and implements an enterprise system named TEL-EMS (SOA/WebService-based). It includes client, business services, service registry and security.And then, the paper sums up the advantages and disadvantages of this framework in building enterprise systems on the condition of the recent technology, and analyzes the future of SOA simply.
