Using The Usb Interface Of A Protocol Controller Chip Test System Design And Research

In this paper, a test system is designed and researched mainly which is used to test the application specific protocol controller. Because of the application of the USB interface technology, it completes not only the test of the protocol controller but also the research and application of the USB interface technology.The paper completes a protocol test board, firmware, WDM function driver and test application program. Finally, the test system of the protocol controller is set up, and the elementary function test is carried out. The USB interface technology is applied to the protocol test board, which facilitates the test system's setting up. In order to predigest the procedure of the protocol controller's parameters configuration, the test application program provides the special computing module for the configuration parameters.The expected target is achieved successfully. At the same time, some elementary function test contributes the protocol controller's design to perfection. And it gives a good foundation for the application of the USB technology in the future measurement and control network.
