Cross-organisational workflow is widely used because it can use different enterprise's resources efficiently and therefore bring higher throughput .Workflow monitoring is very significative in workflow applications, which can help us to control process and performance analysis.In multi-enterprise cooperation, an enterprise must monitor the progress of private processes as well as those of the partners to streamline interorganizational workflows. However,how to protect parters' private business processes without inflicting their ability to interact with other partners is an important question in cross-organisational workflow. In this work, a process-view model based on structured-roles of interorganizational workflows, which is applied to design workflows across multiple enterprises. A process-view is an abstraction of an implemented process. process-view are considered a promising approach to selectively hide details of private workflows,whilst providing a process-oriented interface. According to distinct organizational role's requirements, An enterprise can design various process-views for different partners according to diverse commercial relationships,participatory enterprises can obtain appropriate progress information from their own integrated processes, allowing them to collaborate more effectively. the virtual states of a process-view present progress status of an internal process. An enterprise can monitor and control the progress of partners through the virtual states of their process-views. interorganizational workflows are coordinated through virtual states of process-views. Furthermore,this work introduces Active role,which indicates the speciality of active monitor .when the information of process or the related data information were changed, it can inform the related role of the related cooperation which can deal with it in time.In order to meet the need of interorganizational workflows manage system ,a minitor approach have to provide various of process information from every different level and angle.This work approach enhances prevalent activity-based process modelsto be adapted in open and collaborative environments.
