Research And Realization Of Embedded Multimedia Terminal Pppoe Protocol

The embedded system is a potential technology developing fastly. The embedded productions have been widely used in various fileds such as research, industry, communication, lifes and so on. Now, the embedded operation systems, embedded processors are becoming mature. The embedded production will develop together with Internet. PPPoE is the main protocol of broadband access technology. In order to make the embedded system communicated through broadband access mode, we research PPPoE protocol in embedded system. It' s a practical project.In this paper, I firstly introduce the basic knowledge about the embedded system, the real-time operation system pSOS and reseach the PPPoE protocol, and then I explain the whole design and implement in embedded platform. This research can solve the shortage of IP address, save the resource. It has great practility. Finally, applying PPPoE to IP videophone realizes the embedded system communication in broadband access mode.
