Based On The Smart Regulation Of The Usb Host Design And Development

In this paper, the design method and process of intelligent controller is narrated from the view of hardware and software. The intelligent controller has four input channels and four output channels. The first input channel and the second input channel can be used to measure the temperature signal. In this two channels the type of input signal can be switched between the different thermocouple and thermal resistance. When the input is thermal resistance, thermal resistance is connected using 4-Wire configuration. This can eliminate the effect of lead wire resistance on the measured result and improve the measure precision. The third input and the fourth input not only can receive the four to twenty milliampere current signal but also the one to five voltage signal. The input and the output can be used to the single loop control and also be used to cascade control.The controller can diagnose on the input and the output and go the channel with failure. It also has self-correction function, which can eliminate error by cause of the change of device and the temperature drift.DC/DC is implemented by using the Buck circuit and the Buck-Boost circuit. The principle and parameter selection of the Buck and Buck-Boost circuit is introduced in detail. The AC small signal model of the Buck and Buck-Boost circuit is established. The closing of loop and the design of compensate net is also discussed.The controller has USB host function. It can read from and write to the mass storage device. In term of FAT form, a FAT system is elementary established. It also has RS485 communication interface.In order to fully use the rich LCD display technique, the human-computer interface is designed by combining keyboard with menu. The curve of channel can be show real-timely. The controller also has real-time clock that can be set and modified.The parameter of PID can be auto-tuned by using auto-tuning technique.
