Ipsec Security Gateway Based On The Security Policy System Design And Realization

Today, the application of computer network is becoming more broad and in-depth; therefore network security become indispensable to us all. With IPSec VPN, a technology to provide security tunnels by special hardware and software, people can construct a virtual private network through public network such as Internet. But normal IPSec VPN is inefficient and not suitable in IPv4/IPv6 network. To improve the efficience of VPN, the paper design a new IPSec VPN system based on Security Policy System. Users can connect Policy Server to set suitable policy. The system is proved successful by experiment. At the beginning of this paper, we introduce and analyze IPSec VPNs. Then we proposed a new IPSec VPN system based on security policy system, which could provide security communication between IPv4 network and IPv6 network.
