A new efficient software development method for the embedded system to meet the need of rapidly growing market share of embedded systems. Because of the characteristics of embedded software, there are some special requirements to develop this software, which are not only satisfied with the function of the products in different fields, but also guarantee the quality of products. So building the embedded IDE that can achieve integrated, open and applicability and agility is the ultimate solution. This paper firstly discusses the primary conception of Software Architecture, and the methods to describe it. Meanwhile, the dissertation gives an idea of the component development framework based on Sortware Architecture. The dissertation presents a componenzation embedded software development model, call TIDE, based on Softbus and database. Components of tools, operating systems and application midware are stored in the database orderly. TIDE is easy to be customized for special software develop environment and application program. And it has distributed process capability. Additionally, a model including tool component and tool adpter is designed to suit the toolbus, supporting a serial of standard interfaces to supply an inefficient communication between the toolset customized and the subsystems. We separate subsystem into distinct parts of project management subsystem, configure and tailor subsystem and information library subsystem, with the characteristics of developing of embedded software, to support the CASE environment and componenzition software achitechture effectively. Finally, this paper presents an embedded IDE instance –TIDE based on the technology of Software Achitechture, component, toolbus, distributed computing, and integration infrastructure of TIDEBus, TIDEAdapter, EAPro, Tailor, InfoLib is implement in Windows platform. At last, model test prove that can commendably satisfy the requirement of high efficient software developing.
