This paper bases on one advance research item. This dissertation focused on the multi-path problem in low-altitude and ultra-low-altitude target detection. For this, the paper bring forward the chirp sub-pulse stepped frequency signal on high remove resolution and frequency diversity. The main content in this dissertation include: 1. Analyzed the multi-path problem in low-altitude and ultra-low-altitude target detection. The model is studied about low-altitude and ultra-low-altitude target. And this paper analyzed the case signal attenuation by multi-path problem. This provided the foundation for advance study and brought forward the high removes resolution and frequency diversity. 2. Contrast study for digital pulse compression between matched filtering and Dechirp processing method for broadband Chirp signal on the multi-path problem and the model. Base on that brought forward the chirp sub-pulse stepped frequency signal on high remove resolution and frequency diversity. Try research one new way for low-altitude and ultra-low-altitude target detection. 3. Analyzed the form, characteristic and mode of the chirp sub-pulse stepped frequency signal. Based on the task and multi-path problem, analyzed the parameters, profile integration and the problem of the chirp sub-pulse stepped frequency signal. And gave some methods was given. 4. All about that, the paper gave some simulations and analysis. At last gave the system project. That proved the chirp sub-pulse stepped frequency signal could deal with the multi-path problem in low-altitude and ultra-low-altitude target detection on high remove resolution and frequency diversity, if reasonable parameters were selected and profile integrations were disposed well.
