Electrical And Optical Image Tracking Simulation System Design And Implementation

This paper is to bring forward the overall design of the photoelectric video tracking simulation system of the 209th Institute of CNGC, discuss its feasibility, and study out the way to implement it. Since the ninth five-year plan, The 209th Institute of CNGC has been under-taking the task of researching and developing the first generation domestic XX model photoelectric precision target-tracking airborne pods system. As an important means for developing the photoelectric precision target-tracking system, the system simulation technology has been paid highly attention to at home and abroad, and been widely used. We have realized the significance and the urgency of the application of the system simulation technology during the development of the XX model photoelectric precision target-tracking airborne pods system. In order to improve the quality, shorten the period, reduce the cost, we calls for an advanced photoelectric video tracking performance test simulation system, and implements it with the national key investments. The photoelectric video tracking simulation system is a hardware-in-the-loop real time simulation system, mainly used to test the target-tracking performance, and to provide test data with high creditability for the development of the photoelectric precision target-tracking airborne pods system under the laboratory environment. According to the technical feature of the XX model photoelectric precision target-tracking airborne pods system and the task demand of the target tracking performance test, also referring to the specialty area and the developing direction of the 209th Institute of CNGC, through comprehensive analytic comparison and demonstration based on the deep and extensive research into the situation and the trend of the simulation technology and various simulation system at home and abroad, this paper provides a simulation system solution which has some of advancement, compatibility and expansibility to a certain degree.
