Digital products are obtained more and more easily and conveniently with the rapid progress of internet and multimedia technology. Whereas how to protect the copyright and economic benefit of the authorship of digital products and whether the products secure or credible? In recent years, a new technology named digital watermarking is presented to protect the copyright and safety of digital products.Protecting of digital audio products has been more and more important. With transmission of digital audio products, an outstanding problem is the impingement of music downloaded from network on traditional Compact Disc industry. Audio digital watermarking is a new technology to protect copyright and accomplish authentication and integrity in open networks.In this thesis, firstly we review the development history of digital watermark, introduce some basic issues and conclude the framework of embedding and detection system.Then, in Chapter 3, we emphasize on analyzing audio digital watermarking. Classical audio digital watermark, audio digital watermark based on transform domain and compression domain are analyzed, compared and summarized.Next, in Chapter 4, the idea of wavelet transform is introduced, and the wavelet-based audio digital watermarking schemes are summarized, and then an improved audio digital watermarking algorithm based on wavelet transform is presented. The experiment results indicate that the algorithm has good invisibility and robustness and can resist familiar signal processing and audio frequency compression encoding.Finally future directions for the study are discussed.
