Based on the principle of GPS, positioning calculation which used the plotting system of coordinates and earth parameter is analyzed by comparing GPS, GLONASS and BeiDou navigation positioning system. The Time Standaards of navigation positioning system and Time Service of Timing by Satellite and Satellite Timing Calibration of Timing are introduced.The systematic composition and systematic operation principle of the BeiDou navigation positioning system are introduced. The signal characteristic and systematic capacity of the BeiDou navigation positioning system are analyzed. The request of secret and two kinds of technology of timing system with different precision are expounded. Its systematic positioning principle and mathematic derivation are explained. Through compared GPS with this system, unavoidable restriction and defect in this system are finded. The BeiDou navigation positioning system have unavoidable restriction and defect. Its user being limited in quantity and it can only work on the active mode, so technological way of two kinds of improvement are brought: the three geostationary satellite positioning system and pseudolite technology.The position error of the three geostationary satellites positioning system is analysed and simulated. Then the geometry distribution of pseudolite technology is discussed. The result , that pseudolite technology may minish the error and improve the system performance, is given. The improved system's problem of routes and distance are expounded. In the upshot, final conclusion is given.
