With the communication and computer technology developing rapidly, the Government depends on the computer system and network technology more and more, and also, high demands of the E-Government system. The E-Government system not only has the higher usability, but also has the greater expandability and compatibility, in order to reduce the maintenance cost of the system development. Recently in computer area, new technology emerges continually, such as the Enterprise Application Integration (EAI), component technology, web technology and network technology. Making use of this technology together, it can improve the usability and self- expandability of the system and reduce the all-own cost greatly.The author attended the development of an E-Government system of an industry garden. The system made use of the EAI technology, J2EE technology, UML modeling-technology and EJB-based component technology, to realize the high usability and expansibility of the system, and at the same time, to ensure the application integration of the reserved system. During the development, the author did research deeply, awl finished the paper.Firstly, Based on the theory foundation of Enterprise Application Integration (EAI), we bring forward UML-modeling technical which is popular recently to analyse and design the system, and adopt the technical scheme of enterprise integration, and establish the development aim of the system-build an integrative enterprise application system which adapt to the development of a new system, as well as the whole maintenance of old system. Secondly, based on the application demand of present E-Government system, we analyse and research the data-mining technical, and combining with the characteristic of EAI System, we also bring forward an application prototype based on web-mining. Finally, we summarize the problem which exists in the system and the further work.
