The future space station will be a complicated system in large scale, the core studied will be data processing and communication administrative technology. The matter among them is how to convey the data of magnanimity on the space station to the ground accurately fast effectively under the complicated environment.This paper takes demand of the future space station (laboratory) of our country as the background, directs against link controller which is the key part of the space data system ,combines AOS data system of CSSDS , adopts the real-time operating system Vx Works.According the data systematic AOS scheme of our country space station and link controller function demand, this paper have put forward minimum function model which is need to construct link controller software platform, realizes one that can work. The system realizes the dynamic management of the channel through setting up the dataflow of unifying, and deals with and transmits such all kinds of information as the data, full-motion video, static vision, experimental data, telemeter, etc. at the same time. In addition, customizing VxWorks and the rational division and managing of the task is important to improve the reliability and real-time of the system. Combining the space uses the environment to set up the experiment of demonstrating, it is proved this system can respond to the request which include the conversion of the data form of the agreement and real-time transitions.
