The article focuses on the research of "design and completion of three-dimension simulation of industrial robot based on OpenGL", which is the subtask of Tenth Five Key Project of JiangSu Province "R&D of Open Network Industrial Robot and the Application Project of Automobile Welding Product Line".Based on OpenGL's great romance for the scene and drawing for the robot, form a three-dimension simulation scene which has good reality and embody the superiority of robot off-line programming to complete the robot off-line simulation system, through research the appliance and realization way of OpenGL in industrial robot simulation,。Introduce self-developed robot off-line simulation system and analyse the convenience of Off-line system given to user. through show the track moved by the robot which is ,based on the trace file, complete way to edit and programming the trace file.Finally, paper discusses the research status and development of the problem.The article give and implement the way and theory of develop a robot off-line simulation system, this have strong worth for wide the robot technology and control theory in real use.
