Motion Control Design And Implementation Of The Language

With the development of the motion-control techniques, numerical control system with motion contoller employed will be the direction of the developing current. Since the function of one single motion contoller has been greatly improved, how to make consumers easily learn operating this new equipment and use its function and resourse conveniently has become a noticebale problem. To solve this problem is to provide corresponding powerful functional software for consumers. The emphasis for the competition in the business has been focused on the flexibable and understandable motion-contol language, simple debugging interface for numerical contol program, and easily-used tools for software development. To meet these requirements, this paper excogigates aplied software which is applicable to MC series open-style motion controller which is researched and developed by Institute 322, National University of Defense Technology, Changsha.The origin, significance and task of this researching subject, and relative techniques presently investigated, are introduced in this paper. Originally, the properties of the motion controller and corelative program are analysed. Subsequently, special attention is paid to the presentation of MC motion control language, its system of compilation and execution in the applied software for the motion controller, the design of Soft PLC System, the integrated and exploitable circumstance for the motion controller program and th relevant software for debugging and testing. Finally, the direction and main content of further sofeware upgrate is indicated.Expeiment and testing have demonstrated that by using this software tools, it is very convenient to edit powerful multifarious-function software for motion control, which can be applied in many industrial situations if combined with hardware and equipment of MC series motion controller.
