J2ee Specification-based O / R Mapping System Design And Implementation

Information Technology is a rapid development area. Software development has played a very important role in it. With the continuously developing of sofrware technology , OOA,OOD,OOP become very popular. In the meantime, OODBMS is a good option to store a object, but we have to concern about the current situation, you will select the mature relation database system possible, you will pay a attention to the old application system which used realtion database system possible, you will judge about the price factor possible. So, you have to select the object oriented technology and the relation database system by thinking of a variety of factors. In the relation system environment, searching the method of accessing object is a great urgency now. This is an O/R Mapping (Object Relation Mapping) technology. The technology provides guarantee for the development of application system object oriented technology. Also supply the necessary prepare for the popular of OODBMS. This paper's topic is discussing the design and realization of O/R Mapping system. O/R Mapping has been exploited in theory in this thesis, a generalized mode for the solution of O/R Mapping, and a development system for J2EE architecture exploitation has been implemented. This paper has seven chapters. The first chapter, it has main content that the topic's research in the native and oversea, its function, the topic's goal and my works. The second chapter, it has main content that the foundation of O/R Mapping theory generation, including development of relation database and object technology, and its relevant technology has been summarized briefly, which including relation theory, object theory and xml technology. The third chapter, O/R Mapping solution is highlighted and a generalized mapping mode from object to relation table, including mapping object, constraint condition, mode/pattern language. Based on this pattern, the basic strategy from all kinds of appearance to relation table has been analyzed in detail. The fourth chapter, the basic mode based on J2EE architecture development has been analyzed, the deficiency of current O/R Mapping problem has been explained and a novel development mode is proposed. The fifth chapter, the development base on the J2EE architecture gets much easier with the application of O/R Mapping system. At last O/R Mapping system architecture, design and function has been highlighted. The sixth chapter, the development of application which uses the interface from the O/R Mapping system produced. The seventh chapter, its content is a summary of this paper.
