In this dissertation, we studied parameter estimation and modulation identification algorithems of satellite TDMA communication signals. It is necessary for the research field to expand to satellite communication systems in order to meet the requirement of the electronic war in the future. It is very significant for the electronic war to recognize TDMA signals and estimate its parameters in blind channel. The main works are included as follows. In chapter 2, the structure of the satellite TDMA signal is described, and its characteristic is analyzed in detail in time, frequency and pseduo-time domains. Then multiple access identification is discussed. In chapter 3, the application of modern spectrum estimation algorithms, data modulation suppression, wavelet analysis and cyclic stationary characteristic is introduced to parameter estimation and simulated. The TDMA signal is preprocessed to increased accuracy in parameter estimaion becaused it is a burst signal. At the moment, it needs further study in algorithms to realize real-time processing. In chapter 4, the automatic recognizing method of modulation types based on spctrum analysis is given. It needs to analyze several order spectrums because TDMA signals are reseble. Simulation results show that this method has merit of high precision with high reliability.
